Travellers who book with Emirates will gain a special two-day access to all four of Dubai’s popular theme parks for more than half the price.
In a bid to further promote the emirate as a tourist destination, the UAE-based carrier has tied up with Dubai Parks and Resorts to allow its passengers to enjoy a special bundle offer that grants them approximately 58 per cent discount on entry tickets to Legoland Dubai, Legoland Water Park, Motiongate and Bollywood Parks.
All the four attractions are located within the Dubai Parks and Resorts area, but each requires an entry fee. The incentive can be enjoyed by both tourists and residents in UAE who have Emirates booking.
Dubai attracts millions of tourists every year. During the first nine months of 2017 alone, close to 12 million people visited the emirate, up by 7.5 per cent over the same period a year earlier.
Those who visit Dubai this summer and fly via Emirates can book the two-day access to Dubai Parks and Resorts online, through the ‘Manage your booking’ tab on the airline’s website.
Instead of paying a hefty price for the entry tickets to each park, visitors with Emirates booking can pay only Dh495 for adults and Dh435 for children to access the four attractions over a period of two days.
The special pass’ real value is only Dh245, since holders will get to enjoy Dh250 worth of credits that they can use to buy food and drinks at the restaurants and food carts around the parks.
The credit can also be used at digital picture booths and users are entitled to a 10 per cent discount on any merchandise purchased inside the parks.
Another 15 per cent discount can also be enjoyed when special pass holders dine in at Lapita Hotel and Resort, a Polynesian themed resort located within the park.
Regular customers would normally pay a total of Dh590 for entry tickets to all four parks. That means Emirates flyers will save Dh345 on ticket fees.
Each entry ticket to Legoland Dubai, Legoland Water Park and Motiongate costs Dh165 when purchased today, while entry to Bollywood Parks costs Dh95.
