The Composition of the National Team of Tajikistan for a Friendly Match Against the National Team of Singapore Has Been Announced

The coaching staff of the Tajikistan national team, led by Croatian specialist Petr Segrt, announced the composition of the national team for a friendly match against the Singapore national team, which will be held on Friday, September 8. It is reported by the FFT of Tajikistan.

The national team of Tajikistan included 19 players – 2 goalkeepers, 6 defenders, 7 midfielders and 4 forwards. In connection with the participation of the Olympic team of Tajikistan (U-23) in the qualifying tournament of the Asian Cup-2024, which will be held from September 6 to 12 in Dushanbe, a number of team players were not called up to the national team.

In addition, due to the preparation of the Tajik champion Istiklol for the match of the first round of the group stage of the 2023/24 AFC Champions League against the Qatari Al-Duhail, several players of the Dushanbe club will not be able to play in the upcoming friendly match of the Tajikistan national team.

It should be noted that the Tajikistan team will leave for Singapore on Monday, September 4, in transit through Istanbul. The friendly match between the national teams of Singapore and Tajikistan will be held on September 8 at the Bishan Stadium in Singapore and will begin at 19:30 local time (16:30 Dushanbe time).
