BAKU, Azerbaijan, Oct. 10 The first light metro line in Dushanbe is planned to be laid from the southern outskirts of the city to the center, to the state circus, its length will be 10.5 km, Trend reports .
The state target program for the development of the transport complex until 2025, which provides for the possibility of building a subway, was adopted in Tajikistan in 2011.
In March 2022, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Tajikistan and the Republic of Korea, providing for the design of a subway in Dushanbe.
