DUSHANBE, September 3 – Sputnik. The delegation of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Iran arrived in Tajikistan.The Iranians were met by representatives of the republic’s authorities at the Sarazm border crossing in Penjikent.This was reported by the city authorities on the official page.
It is noted that the purpose of the visit of representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be to establish cooperation with colleagues.Distinguished guests at the border crossing were greeted with poems, songs and bread and salt.It is noted that the Iranian delegation is headed by the Deputy Chairman of the World Federation of Trade Unions and the head of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Iran Alireza Mahjub.After visiting the ancient city of Sarazm and the mausoleum of the founder of Tajik-Persian literature Abu Abdullah Rudaki in the village of Panjrud, the members of the mission left for the capital of Tajikistan.
